Our founder, a proud trans man, encountered the unique challenges the trans community faces in navigating healthcare.

This sparked the idea for Transminder—a mobile app to empower and support trans people in taking charge of their health and well-being.

2023

We invested time in understanding our community’s needs through research.

This guided the design to be truly user-centered. Along the way, we built strong partnerships, ensuring that the app would not only be functional but also easy to use and accessible to all.

2024

Armed with a solid vision, we assembled a talented team to bring Transminder to life.

After months of hard work, we developed a prototype and continued to improve the app, gaining recognition by presenting it at major events and receiving positive feedback.

Today

We’re in the final stages of development and are preparing to launch Transminder this fall. The journey has been full of growth, creativity, and collaboration. We’re beyond excited to share the app with you and make a meaningful impact on trans health journeys worldwide.
